To celebrate 10 years of production of the Rocket III Roadster cruiser motorcycle, Triumph Motorcycles has launched the limited edition Rocket X. The Triumph Rocket X has been launched in the Indian two-wheeler market at Rs 22.21 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Production of the Triumph Rocket X has been limited to just 500 units globally to maintain exclusivity. Only 15 units of the limited edition Triumph cruiser motorcycle will be on sale in India. The Triumph Rocket X is finished in a premium high gloss custom paint scheme with ‘grind’ effect stripes courtesy of paint specialists, 8-Ball to set it apart from the standard offering. Other additions include blackened components like exhaust, handlebars, mirrors, black wheels and hand painted silver pinstripe. 

The Triumph Rocket III Roadster is among the most popular cruiser motorcycles globally and production of the bike started in 2004. With its 2,294cc in-line three cylinder engine, the Rocket X is home to the world’s largest production motorcycle engine delivering 221Nm r of torque at just 2750rpm. Every one of the limited run of 500 motorcycles will feature side panel badging and unique numbering.   Finally the oil tank mounted Rocket X badge is machined from a billet of solid aluminium using a CNC milling machine adding an exquisite premium finish.
