This is it! If you want to know how the 2023 Tata Nexon looks without camouflage, you’re at the right place. The model has been spotted sans camouflage inside and out ahead of its introduction on September 14. Both the electric and ICE versions of the 2023 Nexon will be introduced on the same day.

Exterior

The Tata Nexon will be the latest model to join the split headlamps trend. It gets a Curvv-inspired fascia with a sleek closed-off grille and LED DRLs with four grooves on either side. Below it is a large airdam, flanked by LED headlamps, a first for a Tata car, placed in triangular housings.

The overall silhouette of the Nexon remains unchanged; however, it does get new alloy rims that give the sides a breath of fresh air. Moving on to the rear, the Nexon gets new connected LED tail lamps with a sharper X-motif and redesigned rear bumper that now houses the reversing lamp. All the lighting elements have a smoked effect for a sportier look.

Lastly, the 2023 Nexon gets a new dark blue hue.

Interior

The 2023 Tata Nexon’s cabin has also been spotted sans camouflage. It gets a heavily revised and cleaner-looking dashboard with plenty of elements borrowed from the Curvv such as the two-spoke steering wheel and touch-based climate controls. Tata’s 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system also makes its presence felt and brings wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the table.

We’re not done yet. Other new bits onboard include a fully digital driver’s display and a Land Rover-like gear lever for the automatic variants. To know more about the features the Nexon will come packing with, check out this report

The 2023 Nexon is likely to be the first model to get the carmaker’s 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine, teamed with a DCT. Its existing electric powertrains and 1.5-litre diesel engine should be carried forward unchanged.

Expected Price And Rivals

The heavy revisions mean the Nexon could command a notable premium over the current model that is priced from Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). It will continue to lock horns with the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Nissan Magnite and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
