The next Toyota that’s slated to be launched on our shores is the Rumion MPV. It’s nothing but the rebadged version of the extremely popular Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The Toyota Rumion will be offered in three broad trims: S, G and V. And here’s what you get with each of them in terms of features and powertrain options.
Powertrain Options: 1.5-litre petrol MT and AT, 1.5-litre CNG
The Rumion’s S trim, which is offered with all three powertrains, kicks things off with:

LED tail lamps
15-inch steel wheels with plastic covers
Turn indicators on ORVMs
Infotainment system with bluetooth and USB
Steering-mounted audio controls
Four-speaker sound system

The Rumion’s G trim is available with just the petrol-MT powertrain. It gets additional features such as:

7-inch touchscreen infotainment system

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

The Rumion’s top-end trim comes loaded with all the niceties such as:
Leather-wrapped steering wheel
Cruise control
Auto headlamps
Side airbags (Total - 4)
Rear parking camera
The Toyota Rumion will get a 103PS 1.5-litre petrol engine, teamed with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
The same can be opted with a CNG kit, which drops the power output to 87.8PS
You get to choose from 5 colour options: Rusty Brown, Iconic Grey, Spunky Blue, Cafe White and Enticing Silver.
Bookings for the Toyota Rumion are expected to open soon.
Prices, which are expected to start around the same ballpark as Ertiga that’s priced from Rs 8.64 lakh, are likely to be announced in the upcoming festive season.
