Features: The new-gen Toyota Camry is well equipped with features such as a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment and 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, a 10-inch head up display, wireless phone charger, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, three-zone automatic climate control, a rear armrest with touch controls, connected car tech, ventilated/heated front seats with 10-way power adjustment and memory functions. Passenger safety is ensured by 9 airbags, ABS with EBD, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill start assist, ISOFIX child seat mounts, a 360-degree camera and level-2 ADAS features like lane departure alert and more.

Engine: The new-gen Toyota Camry 2024 comes with an updated 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder Dynamic force petrol engine with 5th Gen Hybrid Technology and a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, combined with two electric motors and upgraded components. In the front-wheel-drive (FWD) variant, the hybrid setup delivers up to 230 PS and 221 Nm of torque at 3200 rpm. It has a smooth acceleration with an advanced e-CVT Transmission 10-speed Sequential Shift mode, across Sport, Eco, and Normal modes. The Toyota Camry mileage has also been revealed and it returns 25.49 kmpl fuel efficiency. It measures 4920 mm in length, 1840 mm in width and 1455 mm in height. It sits on a wheelbase of 2825 mm.

Rivals: It rivals the Skoda Superb and also acts as an alternative to the likes of Audi A4, Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine, and BMW 2 Series.

Variants: It is offered in six different colour options: Cement Gray, Attitude Black, Dark Blue, Emotional Red, Platinum White and Precious Metal.

The new-gen 2024 Toyota Camry India launch has happened and is priced at Rs 48 lakh (ex-showroom). The premium Toyota Camry hybrid sedan, in its ninth generation now, features a sleek grille and aerodynamic design with redesigned grille and bumper. The new elegant Toyota Camry Hybrid also stands out with bold LED lighting. It also now gets more power than before owing to its new 5th gen hybrid engine that churns out 230 PS of power, which is around 12 PS more than before.
