July 1, 2017: With GST kicking in, prices of the Toyota Prius have been revised. Compared to thepre-GST price tag, the ex-showroom prices have gone up for all hybrids.
Delhi: The Prius now costs Rs 45.23 lakh, as opposed to Rs 38.96 lakh pre-GST. That's an increase of Rs 6.27 lakh.
Mumbai: The price of the hybrid car in Mumbai is now Rs 44.51 lakh, as opposed to Rs 43.76lakh pre-GST. That's an increase of Rs 75,000.
Do note that prices for insurance are marginally higher, as they are taxed at 18per centinstead of the earlier 15 per cent.
