The upcoming bike gets a redesigned fascia that adds freshness to the overall design

The next-gen KTM 390 Duke has been on the verge of launch for quite some time now. And now its faired sibling, the 2025 RC 390, has been spied abroad.

From the spy shots, we can see that the bike gets a completely redesigned Moto3-inspired fairing, with a more aerodynamically efficient venting system. The bubble visor brings freshness to the motorcycle and the stalks of the rear-view mirror might improve aero functionality. It gets fairing-integrated LED projector headlights and indicators and a fanged fairing design underneath the headlight similar to that of the first-gen RCs. The test mule comes with a taillight integrated with the indicators. The instrument console looks like a redesigned unit too.

The upcoming RC 390 gets a bolt-on aluminium subframe, a billet aluminium triple clamp and a dual-fan curved radiator like the 390 Adventure. The swingarm has been redesigned and lengthened for better stability. The rear-set footpegs, handlebar setup and the ergonomics appear to be similar to that of the current-gen RC 390

The 2025 KTM RC 390 is expected to get a larger-capacity liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor (about 399cc), for more bottom-end grunt than the current-gen model. It also gets adjustable suspension at both ends, which will be a welcome addition if it makes it to the Indian model.

The front fender looks very short in the spy shots but it is expected to be longer in the production model. The alloys and the brake setup appear to be the same ones as the current-gen RC 390 and the test mule seems to be running on Pirelli tyres.

The next-gen KTM RC 390 will likely be launched around mid-2025, and may fetch a Rs 30,000 premium over the Rs 3,18,173 (ex-showroom) price tag of the current RC 390.
