Go for ninja 300(top end powrr and refinement) .need to stretch your budget a little...then rc 390( brutal power)..rc 200 suits your budget well( reasonable alternative)... rr310 2020 from spache( engine excellant).. benellie 302r(good )... if you need a feel and look of a sports bike with power too at a little above half if your budget r15 v3...otherwise see seconds...good luck ride safe.
