Very pathetic customer service from a scooter co.I have ever faced.They are cheating people by taking more money for ola care plus but nothing delivered.

Very bad service.My scooter stop running after 6 months and now it's in yelahanka service centre for more than 1 month.Worst experience in service and customer care.There is no escalation possible.Complaints on customer care has no actions.They just close the complaints after sometime.I also has ola care plan.No use of it.After my scooter breakdown, It took 15 days to pick-up.

The head mask cover came off just after riding 10 kms.Acceleration stops mid traffic because it detects brakes even after removing your hand completely but the faulty lever softly applies brakes which you are not even aware.It causes serious accident scenarios.The charging system is worse.The scooter is not getting charged.Just after a week of purchase.Customer support is disappointing too, I emailed them about the parts literally coming off and replied to my greviance after 2 days and told me that they have booked a slot for me further after 2 days.Now i have drag this non functional piece of machinery myself to the service centre and waste my entire day.Guys please i humbly request you to not buy scooter from ola.

For the city riding the driving range is decent but the fit and finishing is very poor and the underseat does not open some time. The seat is decent and comfortable and is the most feature rich bike but in the initial the respond is very late which is not good for the city. When it ride in the fast speed and in the corner it does not give power.

ola S1 pro looks similar to ola S1 Air but the performance is much better than that. it has a riding range of 180+ km per charge and it gets fully charged in 5-6 hours. however the pricing is set on higher sides for an ev scooter but it's worth it. this scooter is a good choice for budget friendly buyers and daily commuters.
