Ultraviolette F77 becomes India’s first performance-oriented electric motorcycle. Prices for the Ultraviolette F77 are expected to be in the region of Rs 3 lakh - Rs 3.25 lakh (on-road). Deliveries of the Ultraviolette F77 electric bike will take place from October 2020. There are three colour variants of the Ultraviolette F77 -- Lightning, Shadow and Laser. Powered by a 25kW motor that makes 90Nm of torque, the Ultraviolette F77 is able to go from 0-100kmph in 7.02 seconds. Ultraviolette claims the top speed of the F77 electric bike is 147kmph. The Ultraviolette F77 gets a 3 modular battery pack which has a combined capacity of 4.2kW. Each one of these modular batteries weighs 8kg each. One can either plug a charging cable into the motorcycle or take the modular batteries to charge at their homes via a charging pod at home. Charging time for the F77 is 5 hours for a full charge via a standard charger. Thanks to a portable fast charger, which Ultraviolette will sell as an accessory for the F77, the charging time will drop down to 1.5 hours.
