Jeep first introduced the diesel-automatic powertrain in the Compass Trailhawk, but all that off-road tech was a little too serious for those looking to make their urban commutes and highway sprints easier, and a little more premium.
Now though, we have the same powertrain being offered in the Limited Plus 4x4 variant. It’s a whole lot cheaper than the Compass Trailhawk but still manages to offer a few creature comforts that you won’t find in the Trailrated Compass. However, you will still end paying Rs 30 lakh to bring the new Limited Plus 4x4 diesel-automatic of the Compass home.
Is it worth all that money? Find out in our video above.
Alternatively, you can also have this variant of the Compass in the lower-spec Longitude variant but you will have to sacrifice some premium features for that.

We loved driving the new diesel-automatic Compass and found that the 9-speed automatic gearbox makes it a better package. What do you think about the price though? Let us know in the comments.
