Suzuki has launched the BS6 version of its highly-popular scooter, the Access 125 in India. Prices for the Suzuki Access 125 BS6 start from Rs 64,800 (ex-showroom Delhi). The price hike is around Rs 6,500 from the older BS4 model. Suzuki has begun deliveries of the Access 125 BS6 across India. The new Access 125 BS6 gets additional features like LED headlight and external fuel filler cap.
The Suzuki Access 125 is powered by the same 124cc single-cylinder engine that now comes in a fuel-injected avatar. The engine has been updated to adhere to BS6 emission norms which has reduced the peak torque output. The underpinnings of the scooter remain the same. The underbone chassis is suspended by a telescopic front fork and a single shock at the rear. You get 12-inch rims at both ends. The top-spec variant gets alloy rims with a front disc brake while braking duties at the rear are handled by a drum unit, which remain the same on all variants.
