Mahindra has revealed plans for a massive product onslaught over the next 5-6 years. While a lot of these launches were rumours for a while, Mahindra has thankfully separated fact from fiction. The upcoming launch list includes body-on-frame SUVs, monocoque SUVs, electrified versions of passenger cars and brand new EV only models as well.
The plans include the new Scorpio, the replacement of and successor to the XUV500, a 5-door version of the Mahindra Thar and also a long overdue replacement for the Bolero. That said, some of the launch timelines may come as a surprise and these cars will arrive a longer way down in the future than earlier anticipated. Well, we aren’t telling you everything here. Oh alright, you seem to like reading so here’s something else. Aside from the passenger cars, Mahindra will also be launching more commercial vehicles. This plan includes new EVs like the Udo, Atom and Treo, the Jeeto LCV electric and a new range of Bolero pick-ups.
