The cb shine also a good bike more than pulsar 125 but cb shine is good for long rides and best performance pulsar 125 also a good bike but shine is more good than pulsar if you are a collage student and you want more speed and some good mileage means go to pulsar 125 other vise just you want the best mileage and going for long routes than go to shine

Q. CB Shine SP has 18-inch wheels. As I want to install a 100/90 tire, on 18 inches, it will increase the 20 mm diameter of the wheel and will lead to a drop in mileage. The best option I see is to install a 100/90 tire on 17 inch which is 7 mm lesser than the original (617mm). Technically it should not affect the mileage and should increase the stability. Please suggest

You may go for a wider tyre but upsizing the size of a tyre is increasingly becoming an obsession with people to create an added visual appeal to their bike. Moreover, It is advisable to go for an upgrade anywhere between the 3% margin for better performance and handling, increased grip, and creating a visual appeal. Do take note that upsizing the wheels and tyres may decrease the fuel efficiency of the bike and may result in a speedometer error on the bike if upsizing is not correct.

Though the Honda Shine is best suited for your daily city commutes, you may go for a long-distance journey. In order to do so, we would suggest you to take regular intervals, do not ride for long in a single stretch, maintain a constant speed, do not ride your bike at higher RPMs and take proper safety precautions.
