Creta Electric Key Highlights
Features: The Creta Electric gets more or less the same features as the on-sale Creta, such as a dual 10.25-inch screen setup, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, a powered driver’s seat, and ventilated front seats. In addition to that, the Hyundai Creta Electric gets additional features such as vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality, digital key, and in-car payment for charging. When it comes to safety, it comes equipped with 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, four-wheel disc brakes, hill hold assist, hill descent control, electronic stability programme (ESP), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and ISOFIX child seat anchor points. Also on offer is Level 2 ADAS.
Motor: Powering the Creta Electric are two different battery packs: a 42 kWh and a 51.4 kWh battery pack. They provide a claimed range of 390 km and 473 km, respectively. Both units are paired with a single motor setup that generates 135 PS (42 kWh) and 171 PS (51.4 kWh). The Creta Electric Long Range model can achieve the sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds. Using a DC fast charger, the Creta Electric can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 58 minutes, whereas it takes around 4 hours to go from 10 to 100 percent when using an 11 kW AC wall box charger. In addition, the EV supports vehicle-to-load (V2L) function that allows charging electronic appliances and gadgets.
Rivals: The new Hyundai Creta Electric will take on the MG ZS EV, Mahindra BE 6 and Tata Curvv EV as well as the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser EV.
Range: Creta Electric can go upto 473 km/charge after a full charge.

Hyundai has revealed more details about the interior and features of the Creta Electric ahead of its launch at the Auto Expo 2025. The electric version gets a new centre console, a dual-tone interior theme, 8-way powered driver and co-driver seats with memory function (driver only), boss mode, and seats made up of eco-friendly materials. The Creta Electric gets a 2610 mm long wheelbase, a 433-litre boot space and a 22-litre frunk.
