Kawasaki has launched the 2022 KX250 in India at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), making it Rs 56,000 pricier than before. To justify this, Kawasaki has thrown in some new goodies. Check them out in our story.

The Kawasaki KX250 is a non-road legal motocross offering by the Japanese company. For 2022, Kawasaki claims to have extracted 1.4PS more from the 249cc single-cylinder motor by tweaking the intake and exhaust ports and upping the rev ceiling. The official peak power and torque outputs haven't been revealed.

Along with this, the updated KX250 also gets revised underpinnings, including a fully adjustable 48mm USD fork and a new Uni Trak fully adjustable setup at the rear. Additionally, the fuel tank and its shrouds have been redesigned. The bike now tips the scales at 107.3kg, 3kg more than before.

Also part of the package are three engine maps, launch control, and Kawasaki's Ergo Fit adjustable handle and footpegs.
