I had ordered a bike from t-1 riders (keeway showroom, Delhi), And delivery was scheduled to occur close to forum mall.I arrived at the place on time, But to my astonishment, There was no sign of the rental firm.I tried phoning customer service 991****475 for about two hours, But no one answered.Eventually i got to a showroom located at a different location, But when i got there, Everyone had already departed for the day.After some time, A customer service representative eventually answered the phone and began making excuses for his inability to contact me.The biggest surprise came when he informed me that the delivery site close to forum mall was no longer active.The company has very bad management and customer care services as well.Do not ever contact this company ever in future.

My brother and i had gone to this keeway showroom near rajouri garden in delhi to purchase a bike for my brother.The staff there had zero knowledge about the technicalities of automobiles and expected us not to question them so much; they could not help us with the trial run too.When my brother asked them about some features of a particular bike, The staff did not give us a clear response.They were very uncooperative, Which made me feel uncomfortable around them.It seems that they did not want us to buy a bike there but were forcibly showing us around.They (nakul and amit)were rude to a few other customers and us at the showroom too.I was not too fond of their service, It was one of my worst experiences, And i would not suggest anyone visit in the future.

It was just the worst experience at the keeway showroom in raja garden, Delhi.They had very bad customer handling services for their customers.Few days back, I visited their showroom and booked a bike for november 2022.But it’s been 4 months that i haven’t received my delivery.Whenever i call to nakul, Most of the time they don’t pick up the call and when they take the call, They use to give me another day for delivery.I have also applied for the refund but they are not responsive to this matter.I am tired of this behaviour.Neither am i getting the delivery nor my refund.Now, I have decided to file a complaint to the national consumer commission.I will not recommend this service.Very worst.
