Rorr Key Highlights

Price: The Oben Rorr is priced at Rs 1,49,999(ex-showroom including EMPS 2024, which stands for Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024). The electric motorcycle is available only in one variant.

Design: The Oben Rorr features an all-LED lighting system and adopts a minimalistic, neo-retro design.

Features: The Oben Rorr features a fully digital instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity. Additionally, it comes with predictive maintenance, ride details, battery status, geo-fencing, geo-tagging, charging station locator, on-demand service, and roadside assistance. The electric motorcycle is suspended on a telescopic fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is done via disc at both ends with CBS as standard. The e-bike gets an impressive 230mm of water wading capability and a ground clearance of 200mm.

Motor: The Oben Rorr is powered by a frame-mounted motor that produces continuous 8kW of power. The Oben Rorr is claimed to have a top speed of 100kmph, and accelerate from 0-40kmph in 3 seconds. The battery pack on the Oben Rorr is a 4.4kWh lithium-ion unit, offering a claimed IDC (Ideal Driving Conditions) range of 187km. It features three ride modes: Eco, City and Havoc. The claimed true range in Havoc is 70km, whereas the City and Eco mode offer 90km and 120km respectively. It takes 2 hours to juice up the battery pack from 0-80% using a 15A socket.

Rivals: The Oben Rorr rivals the Tork Kratos. However, a more affordable alternative would be the Revolt RV 400. If you’re looking for a more performance-oriented electric motorcycle, then you could go for the Ultraviolette F77, which is scheduled to be launched soon.

I haven't ridden this bike yet because I live in Kolkata, it is not yet available in Kolkata, but from the reviews I have seen or read on YouTube, I understand that the bike has great features.
