Better mileage depends on three things i) Good driving ii) Traffic Conditions iii) Good maintenance 2 Things out of these 3 are in your control. Better Maintenance would include 1.Using high-quality petrol of your preferred Oil outlet. 2.Using Motul based oils for the engine. 3. Periodic servicing. 4. Tyre maintenance. 5. Better Gear shifting patterns. Its all in your control. Traffic can't be controlled unless you want to cut a few corners by finding better shortcuts with low traffic.

In ns200 u can get up to 40 kmpl if u do the first services at the right time and maintain a speed limit through out the first 3 services

Depends on your driving skill and style also city vs highway either way why worry about gas is not that expensive for a few liters
