Wow, I know this post is a year old, but I’m sad to see so much discouragement. You will get an inch from the seat just in break in, plus another inch can be had with reshaping, making it narrower, or a custom seat. A good suspension shop can also lower the bike, without changing its engineering. My Duke 390 is my track bike and it’s terrific. I’m 5’2” 157 cm.

Hi Vamsy, i am 5”6 inches tall. I myself tried multiple options to decrease seat height. Trust me, there is no way wherein you can reduce the seat height. Maximum you can shave the seat and lower the height by half a inch at max. I don’t prefer changing the suspension setup because Duke390 is a beast when it comes to pickup and speed. At that speed if by chance you hot a pothole, speedbreaker, or apply sudden brakes, inapropriate suspension setup will lead you to lose balance over the bike.

Nope, you cannot. There is no such option to do that. You got to use it as it is because it is designed in such a way. Other options are you can get used to wearing boots, shoes with high heels etc. but reducing the seat height is not an option.
