Q. Does Unicorn BS6 module have morning start up high speed accelerator issue?

I have a unicorn 2021 model , days after my third free service the problem started. Is when start my bike in the morning (each and everyday once) it raise for 2500rpm and stays there for about 1 to 2 minutes (may be 3) after that it fall to 1500rpm automatically. When I enquired about this at the service centre they it is because of cold weather, but now the summer has started it still happening. The problem started at mid October 2022 and still continues.
