Dear Vijaya, The Unicorn design is a sporty-aerodynamic design which allows the rider to gel with the design in order to achieve optimum speed. If you have a serious back pain problem, address the issue first thro various avenues available including yoga, as any individual with a back pain should stop driving a bike/ scooty.

As mr chandrabhushan suggested contact orthopedic expert. And visit to your mechanic and ask him to soften the rear mono shock settings which will make your ride little bit plush but remember don't ride hard with soft suspension ride at speed of 60-70 as your suspension will make you wobble at higher speed after softening it.

No matter whichever bike you drive, unless you maintain erect spinal chord, back pain is likely to affect all those who drive on a daily basis. However, if you are unable to maintain erect spinal chord, post the drive, at least perform yoga on daily basis to avoid back pain.
