    They don't make any difference in mileage because both the bike have different ignition the FZ-FI V3 got a Capacitor Discharge Ignition and the FZ- FI S V3 got a Transistor Controlled Ignition so that which makes the mileage greater in FZ- FI S V3 then the FZ-FI V3

    The FZ comes with Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) while the FZS has Transistor Controlled Ignition (tci) making it more efficient than the FZ . But they don't make much difference in milage.
