    When you Cruise at 60 to 70kmph, you can ride continuously and give a 10mins of break between every 150 to 180kms.. If you ride at 80 to 100kmph, you can go 100kms without any break. This helps in maintaining your Yamaha Fz's health. But also, always maintain good engine oil level.

    Not sure but everything needs rest or it may harm the system

    Atleast 50-70 km without any stopping for 5 min rest .
