All 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler engines go through a stress test where they run it continuously for 600 km before releasing it for production. It is practically impossible for a person to ride non-stop on Indian roads for even 100 km.

Depends on your riding style. I ride hard, and mine hits the 3.4l reserve mark at 320-330 km mark with 100 km easy in the reserve. So, 420-430 under hard riding. Push that figure to 450 if you ride your bike the way it's meant to be ridden :P

It is up to you but take a break after 80 to 100. Machine also need break.
