Q. How many problems do you face as a ACCESS 125 owner please mention each and every problem whether it is minor or very big issue. Even I want to buy a scooter I am looking to buy access 125 or else TVS JUPITER.

Worst headlight nothing can b seen8.odometer died a lot of times9.oil used to drain within 15 days offcourse I used to travel above 2500 kms in a month but tht too much cost consuming10.chok was totally useless and later on it Got stuck ,everyday morning kick start ,self button was a routine task and it used to take 10-15 minutes to start itWon't recommend anyone to buy this scooter

And now service center mechanic has informed me that BS6 model has inbuilt issue, they have encountered HIGH RPM problem which can be corrected by Japanese technicians only, They themselves cannot do anything as this is something related to internal software and not as usual work they do on previous models. Just because of this, self start is not working properly once engine is heated.It's just 3months now, what will be going to happen in next 2-3years, can't imagine and i really not going to suggest anyone to go for access 125.

Hey ,I'm also facing starting issue. bought in june 2020 too and till now the battery has changed 3 times .1st got damage in end of december 2020.Now waiting for the 4th one with in a span of 8 months .Today i registered a complaint by calling suzuki customer care. whenever i report the vehicle for this battery issue they take min 4days and now it's been 10 days and today itself i took out the vehicle with a spare battery that i kick start it everyday even after paying 90,000 for a scooter, they are still claiming for a new battery . My scooter has been in garrage for nearly 25-30 days till now for the battery issue with in these 8 months. From this you can see how pathetic they are.One of the technician in the service center told me that earlier bs6 models were equipped with L4 battery where as a BS6 vehicle needs L5 battery which is now coming as standard from the company so no such issue in newer vehicles.I really regret buying this scooter.

With out even raising the accelerator, engine speed picks up. Even i heard that all the suzuki access 125 BS6 Models has this battery issue, regretting after buying the bike.. I don't know how to take this to the entire world not to buy this bike its simply waste of money... Moreover no Suzuku Access Showrooms service is good..

Animesh12487 | 3 years agoI'm a owner of both Jupiter since 2016 and Access from 2020. I don't any compliants from Jupiter, it's running fine with no issues. Access is a headache, I have faced several issues since 1st month of purchase. Due to lockdown, I have hardly used my access in past 2 years. It have big issue with self start firstly, it shows low fuel, low battery or FI on display. The 2nd big issue is of increased acceleration due to which speedometer shows 50-60 reading when you just plug in the keys. I have visited Suzuki showroom multiple times but they don't have any satisfactory solution and it keeps occuring again. You can not trust access , it may stop anywhere or not take self start even if you are riding for 15-20kms at stretch.

Now july 2020 battery died , never expected that suzuki would give the worst quality in top model scooters .. And its mileage is around 40-50 depends on where you drive .Dealer said it will take minimum 1week for battery replacement till that i cant use my scooter ..!! Personally i woukd say bs4 acess is far better than bs6

Avnish | 3 years agoScooty we have all access 125 2015 model which never disappointed us it has a Full metal body and in 2018 we brought access 125 2018 model which till this date Dec 1 2020 has not disappointed us and we use it everyday it travels around +70 kilometres each day and only problem we had was battery which died about 2 weeks ago it is a really good scooty
Narasimha | 3 years agoSuzuki Access 125 is a worst vehicle, we can never depend on this vehicle, better trust RTC buses or any other transport means rather than depending on this dirty vehicle. 75,000 hard earned money is wasted on buying this amount. I suggest any aspiring buyers not to buy this useless and most un-reliable vehicle.
Kannan | 1 year agoI purchased Access 125 BS6 in Feb 2020. Even I have the battery issue. But after changing the battery I never faced any problem with my Access. Any self start bike should be kick started during first start in the morning. It is the best practice being followed for long time. Also every 3 months it is mandatory to do service which will keep your bike (any bike for that matter) in good condition. During covid time I used to kick start my bike everyday and keep it in normal idling for 5 minutes thereby by battery is in good condition.

Sudev | 4 years agoUnhappy with Access 125 BS6. I have purchased vehicle on 25 Jun 2020 and the battery died on 14 August 2020. The battery died on the same date after first service. Every Morning i need to apply kicker to start the vehicle, Battery Indicator showing 10.0 v every time.

Firstly,I'm also a owner of Suzuki Access 125 bs4 for 2yrs and bought bs6 last year,october,so what I want to tell you is that i start engine everytime before going out and not give throttle before the engine is heat up,and I go to servicing every 2 month and the most important is not to give throttle while start up and also start without using choke.So that i don't face much problem like you do.

I am also facing the same issue..engine rpm gets fast as the battery voltage decreases and will not become normal till it is reset in service centre ..I am bhuvnesh sharma in lucknow
Kanivalan | 2 years agoDon't buy this scooter. I bought this scooter 3 years back. Engine shut off while vehicle slows (Especially on the speed breakers). Even an official Suzuki mechanic repaired this, the issue comes back again and again. Planned to sell this scooter. Everyone faces this same problem. Even mechanics don't know how to solve this issue.

I bought access bs6 in feb 2020 , and have been facing similar issues ever since I bought the vehicle. Even my battery has been changed once but the problems haven’t stopped.

It's just the battery issue. They are trying to hide the quality issue.. If you changed your battery it will be solved.. I am also affected by the same issue

Factory issue bro. Cheap quality 3ahms battery was used in bs6. It's not a capable battery for a fully sensored scooters. I am also affected

Now the problem fixed or not. I too facing the same issue within 1 month in access bs6. Regretting for this choice. feeling guilty for chosen this to my sister. Service centre guys asked me to come after Diwali. Just want to know whether your problem solved or not.

Yes, the same issues I have faced every day, I have fear also if going with the bike, whether it starts or not after the break.
