The carrying capacity of a scooter is which critical weight it carries so that it will ride with EASE, with COMFORT, without STRAIN, rides SMOOTHLY to longer distances. It may lift 2 full gas cylinders and 2 gunnybags with family but it's engine performance gradually degrades. I have been using Activa 2014 model of 109cc , studied it's brochure stating it's carrying capacity is 130 kg. I never ride my Activa with more than 100kg, ride with speed of 40-50 KMPH. Even now my Activa gives 60kmpl in city riding and 64kmpl on high ways and it sounds very low during riding and my friend also said is it petrol vehicle or electric vehicle. I request use any item as per fundamental norms which was given by manufacturers. Thankyou.

I weigh 83 kgs and my son weighs 72kgs.Even with that load it still has a pretty decent acceleration. You can confidently overtake vehicles in tight situations.
