Yes. Might be a bit difficult while getting on and off the bike, can consider side stand for making it easier. Other than that there shouldn't be a problem with ride quality. If you want RE then RE meteor suits much for the mentioned height.

I'm 5 ft 2 '' female thinking to buy it. I took test ride yes it is difficult to handle but I think with practice weight will be managed.

I am 5.4 so it’s comfortable for me but on my slim body it should not b suit

It would be wise if you take the low ride seat attachment but still would be a little difficult as the weight will defnitely play a toll on your riding
