    No! Just as a habit, check your engine oil and gear oil every 1500 kms. Also, whenever you get it serviced ask them to check the gear oil box. The gear oil box in my Activa had melted leaking all the gear oil which led to engine seizure. This type of box melting shouldn't have happened at all. Nothing to do with you missing the 1st service, but for your reference.

    You can go asap for the service .no engine will not get seized , you should take out time for the service
