I am facing the same issue with my machine.Rode the bike for around 4000km and font brake brake became so smooth .when spoke to the service guys they said it is how suzuki brake will be after you clock some kms on it

@ Minesh | Is your problem solved. Thinking to buy one. Is it the right descision ??

It could be a generic thing with gixxer 250 bike.The actual issue is we need to squeeze the brake lever bit more than usual ,However bike offers good breaking.

I had a same problem, it was because of poor braking system which was previously done in another suzuki service center.... It's all about your braking hydrolic setting.... Nothing to worry about
