• Q. I just took delivery for an Interceptor 650. I noticed the tyres were Ceat zoom Cruz. Is this a new update by Royal Enfield or should I have got Pirelli?

It is best to enquire from the dealer where you have purchased your Interceptor 650 to confirm or have a look at other Interceptors on display.Lastly write an email to the Royal Enfield for final confirmation if they are now selling with CEAT Zoom Cruz tyres as standard tyres.Hope this helps! Happy riding!

Interceptor 650 used to get Pirelli Phantom tyres. However, the brand hasn't shared any word officially for replacing the tyre brand. It could be the government's step to support the domestic tyre manufacturer Just like KTM 390 Adventure's Metzeler Tourance have been replaced by MRF Meteor M tyeres.

Import of tyres have become very expensive and hence they have switched over to ceat. Ceat and Bridgestone manufacture these tyres in soft compound for int.
