Q. Is R3 good for pilion in long distance?

R3 is good for long trips but while with pillion its not so good comparing dominar 400 coz. d400 seats are soft compound than yamaha's seat btwn both are good machine thou if you wanna bend thru corners and feel the power means you can go with yamaha r3 thou its only 310 cc bike but while comparing throttle response yamaha r3 is the beast here even some times kawaskai ninja 300 is close enough to pull the yamaha r3. according to yamaha r3 is the beast of the motorcycles in 300 cc segment

I want to give the answer in Quantitative method . From my experience- For me Yamaha R15v2 pillion seat comfortable for long distance is 4 out of 10 and I would like to give 6.5 to the R3.

To be very frank, no. It could be a lill uncomfortable after the few kilometres down the line but..... I could say it's worth it.
