    My best option available is the mahindra gusto which is the lowest scooter but I don't know if you could take the weight of the scooter because the weight is 120 kilosBut it is not preferable for me as I am not wildly keen of Mahindra vehicles

    My relative of 4' 8' has used her scooty Pep Plus for a number of years.for 4 10 it's ideal.
