    Yes, you can but make sure the LED light is genuine and plug and play. If you try to install it by cutting the wires then the installation can hamper the other electrical components of the scooter and you might lapse the warranty too.     You Can, But Putting Led Into Halogen Unit can produce unnecessary reflection and can be a trouble for other drivers on road, Because the Reflectors are designed for halogen bulb, you may see light spreading all over instead of falling on the right spot, try getting a whole new led unit of that Hybrid edition if possible
