Dio Dlx comes with LED head lamps.In my experience Power of the Led headlight is very low during night journey. I spoke with dealer and he informed that several Dio owners are complaining about the low light issue. So never go for led.

Honda Dio is available in two trims - STD and DLX. While the first one gets a Halogen headlight setup, the DLX variant gets LED headlights.

Deluxe Variant has LED headlight and Standard variant has Halogen headlight

Dio Delux comes with LED lights. Basic version don't have that.
