    The Ather 450 is available for sale in the market. However, Ather Energy has confirmed that it will be pulling the plug on the standard 450, the scooter that put the brand on the map. The 450X Plus is more future-proof compared to the outgoing model. It comes with a host of benefits such as a free Ather Dot home charger, unlimited charging using the company’s Ather Grid network of chargers, connected services and over-the-air software upgrades. The Ather 450 Plus retails at Rs 1,39,999 (both including GST and FAME II subsidies). The 450X is for the more performance-oriented buyer. You get extra power, more torque and the Warp riding mode, which spools up the electric motor enough to scare you silly.
