I m using Victor and fully satisfied With Pick Up, Comfort & Mileage. as Usual TVS Bikes are always Known for low Maintenance.Honda Shine Will Never Gives You Good Mileage CC of Both Bikes are Different But Victor is Too Good in pick up because OF HIS 3 valve technology.

Both are almost equal. Victor has better features and is also cheaper than Shine
