• Q. What is the difference between low rider seat and touring seat? And people with what height can easily place their both foot flat on ground while driving Royal Enfield Meteor 350 with low rider seat? Please be specific about my question as I am 5 ft 2 and to make it more specific no bike with low rider seat is available at my near by Royal Enfield Showroom.

I am 5'6'. I could comfortably place both my feet flat on ground using stock seat. Touring seat further provides a 20mm breathing space(2 cms roughly). I didn't find too much difference when it came to touring seat and height but for your height, I believe it will make a difference. The bike doesn't really feel that heavy. I test drove it and it is really comfortable. Test drive it once and then decide. Take your time to comfortably assess your feet reaching capability when you test drive. I did other research before hand and didn't worry about vibrations or other usual stuff while test riding. I only looked for my comfort, turning radius, whether it feels heavy, touring seat usage etc.,

Anyone less than 5'6'' There is only one comfortable cruiser in india, bajaj avenger. 169mm ground clearance, 737mm seat height. India's best ground clearance to seat height ratio; for an avenger 220 guy (who is waiting for avenger 400 from 1000 years) it is still a bit tall, too heavy to pull back or reverse, especially with a pillion rider. too much effort in bengaluru traffic.
