Pulsar Neon and classic are the same just the visual appearance is different. neon offers mat finish colours and classic offers glossy black colour. Pulsar standard offers more better colours, also provides Engine crowl which looks more stylish. all these three model have same body and same 90/90 tyre on front , 100/90 tyre on rear. Pulsar Dual Disc is the best one among all. it provides 90/90 tyre on front and 120/80 tyre on rear. dual disc. wider front shock absorbers and rear. Engine crowl. overall more sporty feeling. Single channel Abs is now standard on all the 4 models.

Neon comes in 2 colors or so.. classic doesn't have fins on the tank and pulsar standard has all that and dual tone with body graphics.. also the odometer colour is different across all these variants

Very Much as in Neon Classic you will not get Graphics (Stickers) and Cones(फड़के) on Front Side of Tank whereas both these things are present in Standard (UG5)
