I have been riding Pulsar 200NS from past 7 years and my bike gives me the mileage of approx 40-42 on highway. I know its unbelievable but once I filled my tank for rs 800 and I was able to ride for 500KM on highway (I dont ride the way people says perfect way to ride, I go above 100KM/H amd yes a bit harsh rider), secret is everyone knows. Keep the bike chain properly clean and lubricant, engine oil, air filter and carbonator. One last thing ask your mechanic to set the throttle at the lowest point. It does really helps!

For milage keep your bikes air intake clean and for that you need the rear mud guard once intake is clean get the carburetion checked and idling adjusted and finally drive at low engine speeds don't go past 4000rpm with the handles never faced any issue so can't tell about that
