For daily commute of 100km a 100cc bike is not capable for fast journey and for engine trouble free service. But for a long journey like 100km 150cc bike can do hassle free, and particularly I can recommend Yamaha fz bike, because it seeks less maintenance and gives higher engine life in in its segment, and also it is a strong built bike which gives mileage of around 52kmpl on highway. Unicorn150 also do a good job, but it is a bit heavier than yamaha fz.

Depends on your need, if you are preferring a bike with good average or performance. I would suggest you to consider the 150 cc bikes. They have decent performance as well as average. You can look and consider Bajaj V15, Pulsar 150 or 200NS, Yamaha FZ, Honda CB Hornet and Hero Xtreme.
