Q. Which is better Passion or Victor?

Hero and Honda are the best in commuter bike segment. And leading. Hence, I bought Passion Pro, and hence I suggest the same out of the two you asked. However, I would suggest you to consider 125cc bikes such as Honda Shine. Since, they have a good mileage and pickup combination. Higher the cc, lower the mileage, higher the pickup and 125cc offers a bit of both.

If you can control more weight then you can afford 20k rupees more means, Glamour is good. But for city rides and easy passing in traffic with less bike weight and with I3s technology for city life, like Hyderabad and Banglore Passion Pro is better. you will need less money to purchase this bike.

Victor is better on my opinion as it has better looks and engine
