Q. Which makes better than other in comparison of Honda Activa 5G, TVS Jupiter, and TVS NTORQ 125?

Ntorq shouldn't be compared with 110 cc scooters but as so you've asked i I'd say ntorq is hell lot of better than most scooters in the market probably only two scooter beats ntorq is either burgman or sr150, then i feel jupiter is better than activa because it rides well handles decently and whereas activas ride quality is not that great its not comfortable and lets not talk about its handling

Firstly Ntorq shouldn't be compared with other two and taking about Jupiter and activa then activa is better.

Jupiter, if buyer is family oriented. NTorq 125, if buyer is a youngster, newly wed etc.
