Which one should I buy? Bajaj RS200 or Yamaha YZR R15S or R 15 V3.0. My Criteria is top speed and mileage. Can somebody please explain drawbacks and advantages of it?

If budget is not a constraint then you can survey the market for better variants. These three are too mainstream and common. Since you mentioned top speed and mileage, they both don't really go hand in hand. You can consider Duke 200 since it will be the perfect balance for all the requirements in your case.

If you want mileage then go for R15s and if you want top speed then go for RS200
