FZ FI gets CDI(Capacitor DischargeIgnition) system which offers betterperformance while FZ S FI comeswith TCI(Transistor ControlledIgnition) system which results bettermileage.Anyhow the obtained statistics can be neglected. You can buy the variant which looks more physically appealing towards you. Since the FZS gets an windshield, dual tone paint with graphics and an engine cowl (in FZS v3) over the regular FZ variant, you can choose the FZS as an option.

All FZ variants have same engine so mileage is same for all depending on riding style. For my FZs I get a mileage around 45-50 kmpl in city condition.
