July 12, 2017: Volvo has launched the V90 Cross Country at a price of Rs 60 lakh, ex-showroom pan India. The V90 is the estate version of the S90 sedan, and the Cross Country points towards this being a rugged avatar of the wagon. The V90 Cross Country is in a class of its own, but by virtue of its price, will face heat from luxury sedans and SUVs alike. It is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that pumps out 235PS of power and 480Nm. An eight-speed gearbox transmits that power to all four wheels. The Cross Country gets features such as massaging front seats, front facing radar for safety, 20-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof and a 19 speaker Bowers & Wilkins music system.
