@ Dillip | It would be too early to give a verdict as Toyota Raize is not launched yet, so we would suggest you to stay tuned for the updates.

As per the technical specification aired on social media, Raize will have 1.0 L engine which is too small for a SUV however Urban Cruiser has 1.5 L engine... I think no comparison between these two vehicles. Also cost of the vehicle will be 10+ lakhs. Urban Cruiser will be better option.
