  • Q. The red sign of 12v battery keeps on showing on my dashboard EQC 400 2020 when I checked the battery it was good but the sign does not disappear it has only 15000 km mileage can you please help me.

    For this, we would suggest you to get in touch with the nearest authorized service centre in your city as they would be able to assist you better after the inspection of your car.

    Unfortunately Mercedes Egypt do not servuce their EV
