Honda Activa e: electric scooter has been launched at Auto Expo 2025 along with the Honda QC1.The Activa e comes with a number of interesting and practical features. Lets get a quick explanation about all the features it offers.
The all-new Honda Activa e: gets a very convenient swappable battery setup. Which will allow the customers to swap their discharged batteries with a fully charged battery thanks to Honda’s battery swapping network. The Activa e comes with two 1.5kWh batteries which give a claimed range of 102km
The Honda Activa e: gets a 5-inch LCD screen in the base variant. This display shows all the basic info like speed, battery percentage, range and more. However, the top-end variant of the Activa e: gets a 7-inch TFT display. Which enables smartphone connectivity features via the Honda RoadSync Duo app such as turn-by-turn navigation, call and music control, live scooter tracking, maintenance alerts, and OTA (over-the-air) updates. Both the available displays can be controlled via handlebar mounted switches.
The Honda Activa e: gets the H-Smart technology which enables keyless operation. It lets the customers lock or unlock their Activa e: using a key fob. It also gets the smart find feature which allows the customers to locate their Activa e: in a parking lot or in the dark.
The Honda Activa e has riding modes to help the customers get the right amount of power according to their need. There are 3 riding modes on offer: Econ, Standard, and Sport.
Econ mode is the most economical riding mode that gives the most fuel economy at the cost of performance. Standard mode balances out the two. Sports mode gives the most performance and should see a drop in fuel economy.
Other features of the Honda Activa e: include a reverse mode for added convenience. The Activa e: gets all-LED lights and a 40W USB-C charging point in the front apron.
The price for Honda Activa e: starts at Rs 1,17,000(ex-showroom) and goes all the way up to Rs 1,51,000 (ex-showroom) for the top RoadSync Duo variant. It competes with other electric scooters like Ather 450X, Ola S1 Pro, Bajaj Chetak and Vida V2.
