And just like that, seven more days have passed in the blink of an eye. Two-wheeler manufacturers are keeping us very busy but we’re not complaining! So if you too went from ‘Oh no it’s Monday’ to ‘Oh it’s Saturday already?’ in a flash, let us bring you to speed on five of the hottest happenings of this week: 

Royal Enfield News

Royal Enfield is one brand that gives plenty of fodder to auto journos, and given the hungry bunch we are, we’re only too happy! This week was no different. First one was news of the manufacturer gearing up a Triumph Scrambler 400 X rival. Here’s what that’d be about. Next was another spy shot of the Royal Enfield Scrambler 650. And these ones revealed more details about the bike’s tyres, console and accessories. Here’s a close look at it.

And finally, Royal Enfield announced the 2023 edition of the Continental GT cup. Here’s what the race-spec GT-R650 gets over the standard Continental GT 650.

Honda Dio 125 Launched

What we thought could’ve been the ADV 160 eventually turned out to be the new Dio 125. It’s been the same story where us enthusiasts have expected something a bit more exciting but Honda hasn’t exactly complied. Anyway, here’s everything the bigger Dio gets. 

KTM, Husqvarna and Triumph News

Triumph recently gave us two fantastically priced bikes and hence it didn’t come as a surprise when we learnt that they crossed the 10,000 bookings mark within three days of their India-launch! Next was the 2023 KTM 390 Duke and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 being spotted by a Triumph Speed 400 rider. Here’s a look at both the test mules together.

Electric News

This week, the electric space had a couple of interesting developments from some of the major manufacturers. TVS first dropped a teaser about the unveiling of a new electric scooter on August 23.
