Ultraviolette has launched a new and updated model of its electric bike – the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2. With an introductory price tag of Rs 3,99,999 for the Recon variant, the new electric motorcycle is more affordable than the precious model. Despite being more affordable, it gets a bunch of very useful updates over the previous model, let’s see how they are different.
While the Recon Mach 2 comes with the same 10.3kWh battery pack, the range is a lot more than the previous model.

The electric bike is now faster, quicker and more manic than before, and just wait till you see all the features it comes equipped with now.
With the F77 Mach 2 Recon, Ultraviolette has introduced 10 levels of regenerative braking, which will give levels of intervention and stopping power. For more safety, the bike even comes with 4 levels of traction control, along with Dynamic Stability Control, and all three of these features are standard on the Recon variant. On the contrary, the previous F77 Recon came with just three levels of regen with not much to distinguish between them and no traction control.
In addition to that, F77 Mach 2 gets a bunch of interesting features including charge limit, park assist, find my F77 and Deep sleep/vacation mode as standard. There are also some features like Violette AI, geofencing/delta watch, lockdown, crash alerts and ride analytics.
For the future, the F77 Mach 2 will also be getting hill hold assist, Tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), display themes, on-board navigation and more.
Unlike the three Supersonic Silver, Stealth Grey and Plasma Red shades available on the previous model, the F77 Mach 2 comes draped in Plasma Red, Afterburner Yellow and Turbo Red on the Laser variant. The Shadow variant gets Stealth Grey, Asteroid Grey and Cosmic Black colour schemes. Lastly, the Airstrike variant gets Supersonic Silver, Stellar White and Lightning Blue shades. In total, the F77 Mach 2 Recon is available in 9 colourways.
Apart from the above-mentioned bits, there’s nothing more different on the F77 Mach 2 as compared to the previous model except the price. The Mach 2 Recon is priced at Rs 3,99,999 which is Rs 40,000 more affordable than the older model’s Rs 4,40,000 price tag.
